For the Lighting Industry, we offer acrylic and polycarbonate extrusions for lens applications and white PVC extrusions for light leak applications. We diffuse both fluorescent and LED Lighting through resin blending. We have in line extrusion cutting capabilities and in line diffuser installation for maximum efficiency.
TSG Resolute is the largest die cutter servicing the lighting industry. We provide die cut gasketing for waters seals, bug seals, light leaks, and bonding tapes. TSG Resolute die cuts diffuser films and thermal gap pads to work with demanding LED applications. We extruded acrylic profile lens and PVC light leak profiles, and we have the ability to add light diffuser films in line with our extrusion processes.
